The guiding principles in these discussions focus on (re)centering the worship and ‘counsel together’ experience around D/HH church members, visitors, families, and friends:

• how can successful interaction of D/HH members in your unit be seen from their perspective?
• as a ‘leader, teacher, and … member’ what can you do in your pastoral service to “seek to understand each individual’ (38.8.27.1 and 38.8.27.2)
